As I was lacking motivation and losing interest in the gym I decided to seek help.

I was already quite lean but I wanted that extra push. After receiving sessions and plans I started seeing great results as little time as 4-5 weeks.

Currently ongoing a 12 week programme with Phil and it’s the best thing Iv done. Doing different things was an eye opener.

Phil took the time to find out about my condition and help tailor a programme for me, taking into account my restrictions but still pushing me to break boundaries and achieve things I never thought I could.

The programme I was given helped me learn the importance of nutrition and even at times when my health prevented me training, I could maintain my progress through my diet meaning I was back and ready to smash my goals when I was well enough.

Phil’s support and motivation is faultless and he will always see the potential in you, even when you don’t see it yourself. Through both 1-1 sessions and SGT, every session with PFit has helped me progress and I can’t wait to see how this continues in the future!
