Yes, we want to support people getting fitter, stronger and healthier, but we also want to have fun. During the 30 days you will become a member of a tight knit group who are always striving to be better, whilst having a laugh along the way.

30 Day Kickstart, why us?
Access to 20 Coached/Training SessionsWork closely with our world-class coaches with access to upto 20 coaching sessions (upto 5 per week). With a trainer guiding & coaching you for every session to ensure you are trained to our high standards.
Full Movement ScreeningAn assessment will be conducted in your first week where we will assess your movement, strength, and flexibility. This allows us to ensure we can tailor the plan specifically for you from the off.
Nutrition Coaching & PlanningYou'll receive personalised nutritional recommendations and advice via our core 4 principles and also , through the PFit Membership Hub making changes to your diet as simple as possible.
Dedicated SupportOne of our coaches will be assigned to you as your personal coach, providing support and advice whenever needed.
Beyond the GymSupport like you've never had it before. We provide support, education, and accountability. Our coaches – and the rest of the PFit team – have your back.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be fit?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
What if I have aches or pains?
No problem. Many of our members come to us with slight joint niggles – so you’re in good hands!
What if I register then change my mind?
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare
What happens after the 30 day kickstart?
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that PFit isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
What if I need to miss days during the 30-day trial?
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
What if I am already a member of PFIT?
All Personal Training members are able to talk to their coach about the nutrition/training courses we have available at the facility.

Small group training allows you to train with a very small group of 8-10 people, get results fast, have fun, keep each other accountable and lower the cost.
These sessions allow you both to do something for yourselves, helping and motivating each other to achieve your goals whilst being guided by our fully qualified coaches.
We have classes that cater to all abilities whether your just starting out or an experienced gym user.

Personal Training
Personal training is just that - personal.
The one-on-one attention in a private session allows you and your trainer to customise and track your workouts, focusing on your individual goals and any necessary modifications.
You will be encouraged to work hard while a close eye is kept on maintaining proper form.
